Anakin was born to Han and Leia Organa Skywalker Solo six years after the Battle of Endor. Anakin was kept in a nursery on Anoth during his early life because of how sensitive Force sensitive children are to the dark side's influence. Gaurded by a state of the art security system, Anakin's safety was still threatened many times and when he was nearly kidnapped by Imperials, his mother, New Republic Chief of State Leia Organa Solo, insisted that he be brought to live with the rest of his family on Coruscant. He was an independant youngster, as his older brother and sisters had each other to play with. Even so, he showed an incredible amount intelligence, able to disassemble and reassemble his nanny droids at the age of three. He also seemed to have a deep connection to the Force, even more profound then his siblings. During the Corellian insurrection, Anakin, who was only seven, was able to help end the crisis. At age eleven, he was sent to his uncle Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy like his brother and sister before him. He made friends with a young girl named Tahiri, who was raised by the Tusken Raiders of Tatooine. Together, they had many adventures from freeing the spirits of Massassi children trapped by the ancient Sith Lord Exar Kun, to recovering the lost lightsaber of Luke's old mentor, Obi-Wan Kenobi. On a mission to Dagobah, he went into the same dark side cave his uncle had entered many years ago and faced the same corruption as his namesake. Unlike his grandfather, however, Solo immerged stronger from the experience. During this time, he also honed his piloting skills, which would prove useful to him in the future. After preventing a resurfacing of the Black Sun criminal syndicate, Luke promoted Anakin to the rank of Jedi Knight and took him and his brother Jacen as his Padawan learners. Solo idolized Jedi Master Kyp Durron's brash style and almost joined his squadron the "Dozen-and-Two-Avengers". This contrasted with his brother's laid back pacifist view. When the Yuuzahn Vong began their invasion, Anakin went to sent to Sernpidal with Chewbacca, his father Han's best friend. The Yuuzahn Vong were trying to destroy the planet by drawing the planets moon into the planet. Just before it hit, Chewbacca threw Anakin on board their ship, but didn't have enough time to get on it himself. Anakin piloted in the ship out of the system, but Chewbacca died in the attack. Han Solo loved his child, Anakin had almost been named after him, but he had trouble forgiving him. Anakin spent some time on Dantooine, where Mara Jade taught him the dangers of over reliance on the Force. Anakin, only 15 at the time, also helped his aunt and uncle find superweapons used by the Vong. On Centerpoint Station before the Battle of Fondor, he had the oppertunity to destroy the entire Yuuzahn Vong fleet. However, Jacen refused to allow the station for mass destruction and handed over the controls to their uncle, Thracken Sal-Solo, who wiped out both the enemy and friendly ships. Anakin blamed Jacen for it, but deep down, he knew he was the real one responsible for doing what needed to be done. Despite this, the public viewed him a charismatic young man and some believed he may become Luke's successor someday. A small part of this went to Anakin's head. Whent the Vong attacked Yavin 4, Anakin single handedly held off the invaders before Talon Karrde brought in reinforcements. Many young Jedi were captured, including his friend Tahiri. To help them, Anakin allied himself with Vua Rapuung, a former Yuuzahn Vong warrior who'd been exiled when his body rejected the ritual implanting. Tahiri suffered badly from the experience of being imprisoned and Anakin feared the Vong brain washing might drive her to the dark side. The two fought along side Corran Horn in the Battle of Yag'Dhul. During a quiet moment after the battle, Tahiri and Anakin exchanged a kiss and swore to become more than friends. Almost two years into the war, Anakin lead a mission straight into the heart of enemy territory. Anakin, alongside his brother and sister, commanded a Jedi strike force into the Vong controlled world of Myrkr. He uncovered the cloning facility that was genetically engineering the Jedi-hunting voxyn. He fought them and used his last strength to psychically destroy the voxyn. His death sent a shockwave through the Force that was felt by his whole family and temporarily drove Jaina Solo to the dark side.
