Mokuba Kaiba is Seto's little brother who is an expert at Capsule Monster Chess. He was kidnapped by Pegasus in an attempt to take over Kaiba Corp. and rescued by Yugi. He was made cheif comissioner of the Battle City Tournament and is nearly always seen tagging along behind his brother who he idolizes.
