Okay, Women in general had classic decrimenation in the Imperial Navy, much like that on Earth.  Daala would have been the perfect case of female determination, provided she hadn't been an extremely vicious Imperial officer bent on destroying the New Republic.  Daala received training at the Caridan Military Academy, for which she dumped her boyfriend, Liegeus Vorn.  After her graduation, she carried out assignments with extreme efficency, although she was never recognized for it.  Furious about this, she joined a popular Imperial role-playing strategic game under a false identity, in wich she bested high Imperial officers, including Grand Moff Tarkin, who later (after unearthing who she really was) became her protégée and lover.  He promoted her to Admiral and put her in charge of 4 new star destroyers, The Hydra, The Basilisk, The Manticore, and The Gorgon.  Tarkin ordered her to gaurd his ships and a Death Star proto-type while he went aboard the real space station.  However, he died during the Battle of Yavin, and the ships were there for 11 years.  But when rebel fugitives visited the workshop, she learned of Tarkin's death and abandoned the work shop.  Daala then struck the New Republic in various systems until, of the original 4 only  The Gorgon remained.  But, after quite an adventure, even that ended up in the warlord kingdom of High Admiral Teradoc in the Deep Core.  After killing 13 warlords, she captured their military force, and used it to build the super stardeystroyer, Knight Hammer.  With Vice-Admiral Pellaeon as her second-in-command, she attacked the Jedi Acadmy on Yavin IV, th e super stardestroyer was sabotaged and she lost patheticly.  Afterwords, all her authority was transferred to her second-in-command, then she retired.  After learning of th Death Seed crisis caused by Moff Gentelles, and, feeling sickened by such a cowardly maneuver by an Imperial, she came out of retirement and beat him.  She also reunited with Liegeus Vorn.  But, grateful for her help, the New Rebublic let her go free.  However, she booosted the army of the sucessors of the 13 she murderded (She herself was one), and struck the NR core worlds with it.  An incredible battle insued, ending with her flagship jumping into hyperspace.  Her where-abouts are currently unknown.
