Aurra Sing was born on the mean streets of Nar Shaddaa. At an early age she was discovered to be Force sensitive at a young age and was taken away by the Jedi known only as the Dark Woman. She was a very aggressive student with quick reflexes. The Council hoped that the Dark Woman would rid her of these darker impulses. Among her fellow students she was known as Nashtah after the six-legged Devorian hound. She and the Dark Woman never achieved a strong bond with Aurra. During a mission on Ord Namurt, star pirates captured her and turned her to the dark side. She enjoyed the pirate's life, taking out her anger on anyone that crossed her. However, during this time, she was captured by a Hutt crimelord, who had his legions of Anzati warriors teach her combat skills. She emerged from this as the Hutt's most dangerous combatant, killing without remorse. She was outfitted with a cybernetic implant that transmitted fear waves that allowed her to lead the Anzati into battle. She was especially adept at killing Jedi, keeping their lightsabers as trophies. During the Clone Wars, she became a bounty hunter, finding employment from Separatist leader Darth Tyranus. She was given a mission to find the young Mandalorian Boba Fett. When she discovered that he was the heir to the Fett family fortune, she instead tried to steal the money herself. However, Boba gave her the slip, leaving her high and dry. Later, Sing was sent to kill the Devarion senator. However, the Jedi found out and sent a strike force to stop her, among them the Dark Woman. She sprung a trap that imprisoned the Dark Woman and Master Tholme. Tholme's former apprentice, Aayla Secura, sprang into battle. The two Jedi women engaged in a vicious lightsaber duel with Aayla Secura emerging victorious. Sing was turned into the local authorities, vanishing into obscurity. It is unknown what happened to her over the years, but rumors state that she became one of the competitors at Jabba the Hutt's Demolition Contests.
